In order to check your identity and protect you and your hard earned money from fraud we ask for your personal information at the start of our relationship and in subsequent communications. We know this can sometimes be irritating but we wouldn’t want to leave you open to potential crime – plus we would be in breach of the current Data Protection legislation if we didn’t ask for this information.
Protecting your privacy
To prevent and detect fraud we may share your data with other organisations, including the relevant police authorities, and check and/or file your data with fraud prevention agencies and databases.
